Downloads | Publications Closed Due to Stay at Home Order COVID-19 Update: In response to Governor Newsom's Executive Order issued March 19, 2020, all RSCCD employees, including the Publications Center staff, and students have been instructed to stay home beginning Friday March 20, 2020. Currently the Publications Center is closed for most print projects. Essential academic and business operations printing can be completed upon approval. Instructions Welcome to the RSCCD Publication Centers' Online Web Submission system website. Here you will be able to submit, track and reorder black-and-white digital print jobs to RSCCD's Publications Center. Before submitting your first print job you will need to login, complete your profile and provide your division/department's printing Datatel number ending in 5940 (see sample below). We recommend that you include your district email address in your profile information so you can receive status updates regarding your order. Sample Datatel Number: 00-0000-000000-00000-5940 Note: No print job can be completed until a Datatel number has been provided. Normally, there is no charge for printing black-and-white print jobs unless you are requesting tape binding. The Datatel number is used for tracking purposes only and is required by our system. Installing/Replacing SurePDF Printer Driver For your convenience our SurePDF Print Driver has been preinstalled on all district computers. Before submitting your first print order, please make sure you have the latest version of SurePDF installed by reviewing the SurePDF Printer Driver on RSCCD Computers instructions by selecting the link to the left. If you will be submitting print jobs from a home or offsite computer, you will need to replace the SurePDF printer driver you are currently using. To replace the SurePDF printer driver on your home computer, please follow the Replacing SurePDF Printer Driver on Your Home Computer instructions by clicking on the link to the left.
